Nice to meet you
Greetings! We are a family, comprised of two exhausted parents and two wonderful kids. Striking a harmonious balance between careers, raising children, nurturing friendships, and what life throws at us is certainly no simple feat – we have experienced both successes as well as failures in this regard.
As we have grown together in marriage, we often had to make difficult decisions – ranging from relocating and changing our jobs to welcoming children into the world. These changes drastically shifted our lives, including transforming where we live, what careers make sense for us and having friends at a distance – but all these adjustments just come with growing up! Not only will we share how we got here with you; but more importantly, along with this comes valuable life lessons that come with these experiences. Furthermore, we intend on imparting the life lessons that have stemmed from these experiences.
We reminisce about our professional journeys and want to lend some guidance to those in need of it – whether that’s discovering a desired career path or transitioning from their current situation. Although we don’t consider ourselves experts, our stories might be of help to someone who is feeling isolated or overwhelmed by this process. It can seem intimidating at times; even now having held professional positions, mistakes, and tough decisions still come up! So take comfort in knowing that you are not alone.
